How do I return my order?
You need to call the YAYVO Call Center at 111-192-986 or click here in order to register a pickup request, or you can drop the product off at any TCS Express Center. The product should be in YAYVO Packaging with a filled-in Return & Exchange form.
What are the pickup charges?
There are no charges for pickups, it's absolutely free.
What is the turnaround time for picking up the product?
Expedited Pickups:
Product(s) will be picked from your address within 24 hours (for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi).
Pickup in 2 days:
Product(s) will be picked from your corresponding address within 2-3 working days after requesting for return on our helpline i.e. 111-192-986 other than KLIR.
What is the process of returning the order at TCS Express Center?
Products which fall under the Return Policy can be dropped off at any of our TCS Express Centers along with the “Return and Exchange form” enclosed in the Yayvo box.

How will I get a refund through Easy Paisa?
Visit any Easy Paisa outlet and collect the refund amount in cash, up to Rs. 15,000/- ,upon showing original and valid CNIC.
How can I get a reversal on a Credit Card?
Call the Yayvo Call Center in order register a complaint. If you placed the order via credit/debit card then the reversal will be given to the same credit/debit card number.

Warranty claims differ based on the respective product supplier and Yayvo.com does not offer any warranty claims directly.
As far as the products are concerned, not all products come with a warranty; if the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Warranty claims are met directly through the vendor at their respective service centers.
Discount Policy
Only one item is allowed per discounted product. If any orders containing similar e-mail addresses, billing/shipping address/contact number having more than 1 quantity of the discounted product(s), YAYVO.COM reserves the right to cancel all such order(s) at any point of time whatsoever without any prior communication with the customer.
If the discounted product runs out of stock, reimbursement will be made for the paid amount only.

How do I place an order?
* Open Yayvo.com.
* Search for the product.
* Click on the image of your desired item & Click on "Add to Cart".
* Click on "Continue Shopping" (If you still need to shop) & click on "Checkout".
* Enter your registered Email Id & Password if you arent signed in otherwise skip to below
* Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
* Confirm the order details and select your "Mode of Payment".
* Click on "I Confirm my Order".

Do I need to sign in to place an order?
Yes, Customer sign in is mandatory to place an order.
My COD Order is still not confirmed?
Every customer placing an order via COD method receives an automated call from 02137132442 to confirm the order. Customer is asked to press 1 in order to confirm the order.
What if my order is over Rs 50,000?
According to the Financial Act 2019, all customers must provide their CNICs on orders above 50,000 for this reason we have added an option for you to add your CNIC to your account.

Why are my items shipped separately?
An order can have multiple items and that depends on the vendor city. To ensure your order is not delayed, YAYVO dispatch the items as soon as they are received from vendor
What if the product I want is ‘Out of Stock’?
Product inventory is maintained by the vendors themselves, in case the item is out of stock, at first it won’t be visible on the website or it will be marked as out of Stock.

Once the tracking number is tagged on your order, you will be notified via SMS and Email, after that you can track your order using TCS Tracking.
How quickly can I get my order?
Normally order delivery takes place between 6 to 10 working days depends on the size/availability & vendor city.
During the weekdays, orders are usually processed by 1 pm and dispatch by next working day.

How do I cancel my order?
Customer can request for order cancellation prior of the order dispatching. Once the item is dispatched, customer may refuse the item at time of delivery.

Voucher Policy
What you see is what you get! Terms and Conditions
Yayvo takes pride in always delivering the right product to its customers. So if you get a product that's different from the product you ordered, you are eligible to receive a voucher of Rs 500/- from Yayvo.com.
Customer must log a complaint within 24 hours and share the picture of received product.
Customer must return the item to YAYVO within 48 hours in the original barcode packaging along with the filled return form.
Offer is only valid for those customers who placed an order on or after 7th February, 2019.
Voucher validity will last for 7 days from the date of issuance.
Voucher will only be issued on items of Rs. 2,000 and above.
Minimum purchase to redeem the voucher is Rs. 2,000.
Customer must return the product at the nearest TCS Express Center - pick up facility is not available for this offer.
One customer can avail only one voucher per month.
Only YAYVO will have the authority to approve/reject the case based on investigation.
YAYVO reserves the right to amend or terminate the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to the customers.

What if YAYVO is unable to deliver the order?
If the product is out of stock or not delivered within the committed timeline, then voucher/internal credit will be issued based on product price.
Yayvo is not responsible if the product ordered by the customer is out of stock/unavailable with the vendor and as a result the orders gets cancelled as Yayvo serves as a platform between the customer and vendor.
