Warranty Policy

Warranty claim differs based on the respective product supplier and Yayvo.com does not offer any warranty claims from its side.

As far as the products are concerned, not all products come with a warranty, if the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product description for the customer ease.

Any warranty claims are met with the vendor directly at their respective service centers.

iDROID PHONE - WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY & PROCESS:
  • Warranty can only be claimed if the product is mechanically or electronically damaged.
  • Warranty can only be claimed within the warranty period.

How to claim warranty:

  1. Give us a call at Yayvo Call Center 11-11-92986 to claim IDROID Phone warranty.
  2. Please share the fault details with the Service Ambassador.
  3. A ticket number will be shared with you by the Service Ambassador.
  4. Pick-up will be arranged from your updated address or our Service Ambassador will guide you to your nearest TCS Express Centre where you can drop the faulty product.
  5. As soon as the item is received /picked from you, it is sent to IDriod Service Center for Warranty Claim.
  6. Once repaired, IDriod Phone will be delivered to you on the provided address.
